    In a mixing bowl add the cooked rice and smash the rice properly.
  4. Add the boiled milk then add salt as per taste and after that add the curd.
    One important thing to note is that the curd should not be sour.
  5. Mix them and add the hing powder and add 1 cup pomegranate for garnishing and after that add tadka and the curry leaves.
  6. Mix them all properly.
    Now the curd is rice ready to serve.
