- Peel eggs give slits, take a pan heat some oil, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt now add eggs and cover it properly in masala keep aside
- Slice onion and fry till golden brown keep aside
- In a pan add oil, ghee, once hot, add whole garam masala, add chopped onion
- Once onion is brown add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell goes
- Now add chopped tomato add salt and cook till tomatoes are mushy
- In a bowl take curd add dry masalas and mix nicely add to onion tomato mixture
- Cook on low flame, till oil separates
- Add water and salt allow it to boil add rice and cook till 25 % water remains
- Now add eggs, fried onions, chopped mint leaves and cover and cook on dum for 10 mins
