- After 4 hrs.. Grind it into fine paste and keep aside for 6 to 8 hrs... Till it ferments
- Once fermented add curd, salt, ginger green chillies paste... Mix well

- Now grease dhokla plate or any thali.. And steam it for 15 to 20 mins...
- Cool it and cut it into desired shape
- For tadka:
Heat oil.. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies - Put tadka on dhoklas.. Serve it with green chutney
