  9. 4 tbls biryani masala
  10. 2 tbls crushed red chilli
  11. 2 tbls kashmiri mirch powder
  12. 4 tbls coriander powder
  13. 1 cup green chillies
  14. 1/2 cup sliced lemons
  15. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  16. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  17. 1 tbls garam masala
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Water as required
  20. bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon sticks,star anise,mace
  21. Yellow/orange food colour
  22. 2 tbls kewara water

Steps to make to make Qeema biryani

  1. Heat up oil and add sliced onions in it, fry till golden brown.
  2. Take mince in a bowl add yogurt & spices in it.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep it cover for about an hour for marination. Then add the mince in the fried onions.
  4. Cook till mince changes it's colour. Now add sliced tomatoes. Cook till mince done and separate oil. Then add green chillies.
  5. Half of Lemon slices and coriander leaves. Mix well. Mince gravy is ready.
  6. Take a pateela add water, then add whole spices and salt. Add soaked rice and cook them till 90% done. Let them out from water.
  7. Layering the rice and mince, then add lemon slice, mint leaves and garam masala. At last add yellow food colour mixed with kewra water and give dumm. Tasty qeema biryani is ready 💕
