- Take a pan or patella add oil,cumin seeds,bay leaf,black cardamon, cinnamon stick,whole black pepper, green cardamon, cloves and 2 sliced onion fry it just change the colour.

- Add ginger garlic paste and then add tomatoes


- Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.bhoonify it then add yogurt and then add potatoes



- Mix it well.then add water and when potato done add water
When water starts boiling add soaked rice and green chillies


- Now add garam masala powder and jayfal jawetri powder keep it on dum for 5 minutes.


- Yummy aloo tahiri is ready to eat.
