  1. 2 kg chicken
  2. 2 kg rice
  3. 1 kg onion
  4. 500 gram tomatoes
  5. half kg Curd
  6. 1 pack Shaan biryani masala
  7. 2 tbsp Lal Mirch powder
  8. 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  9. 2 tbsp garam masala powder
  10. 4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  11. 2 tbsp Green chillies paste
  12. 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  13. 8 tbsp Imli pulp
  14. 5 Aloo bukhara
  15. 4 Whole green chillies
  16. 1 bunch Green coriander
  17. Mint leaves half bunch
  18. 4 tbsp Salt
  19. 1 Lemon
  20. half cup Oil
  21. 1 tsp Yellow food color
  22. half tsp White vinegar

Steps to make to make Chicken biryani

  1. In a large bowl, add chicken and marinate with 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of Lal Mirch powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of green chillies and Shaan Bombay biryani masala (while add the biryani masala save 2 tbsp of biryani masala for the gravy).
  2. Wash the rice and soak into the water for half and hour.(or as your rice required to soak.)
  3. Now in a cooking pan, pour oil and simmer it and add onion and fry it until it changes its color and become light golden. Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic and 1tbsp green chillies paste.
  4. Now add tomatoes and cook it until it become tenderize.
    Then add 1tbsp of Lal Mir hai powder and coriander powder, red chilli flakes garam masala, imli pupl whole green chillies and aloo bukhara. And bhonnai the chicken until the oil appears on the top. Now add fresh green coriander and mint leaves and switch the flame. And take a side.
  5. Now in a separate wok, pour 2 tbsp oil and grilled the marinated chicken.
  6. Now take a big cooking pan to boil the rice. In this pan add 16 mug of water add salt, green coriander, mint leaves and green chillies and peel of lemon and simmer it the water don't boil the water just simmer it then add soaked rice and boil it until it cooked 75 percent. Now at this stage you remove and drain thoroughly.
  7. Spread half rice in a pot and pour some gravy and add the marinate gravy then pour grilled chicken. Top with remaining rice then garnish with golden onion fresh green coriander and fresh mint. Makes 3 layer of biryani (Sprinkle a pinch of yellow food color which mix in vinegar). Spread fresh coriander and mint leaves on the rice. Cover and cook on low heat until chicken is tender (30 minutes). Mix before servings.
  8. Serve with raita and salad. Enjoy it.
