Instructions to make to make Veg biryani
- Heat pan add oil saute onion till it becomes dry and dark brown. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
- Chop all veggies.keep it in hot water for 10 mins.now take half quantity of brown,add chopped tomato. Blend to fine puree


- Add curd,biryani masala,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,biryani masala,salt.mix well and keep aside to marinate.


- Now in deep pan add 3 cups of water.once start boiling add lemon juice, ghee and salt, all khada masala.pour soaked rice. Cook 90% rice. Take out on strainer.

- Now in deep pan add blended paste of tomato, marinated veggies.add salt,biryani masala,red chilli powder, cashew.mix well cook veggies nicely.


- Now in pot spread some ghee put rice layer on that add veggies layer.repeat the procedure.in small bowl add some hot milk and saffron.mix it to biryani.


- Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.spread onion on it.served biryani with boondi raita. Enjoy
