  1. Take a bowl add paneer cubs curd salt ginger garlic paste red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder mix well and keep aside/ take a pan add oil heat and add onion lightly golden brown and keep aside
  2. Take a pan add oil heat add tomato ginger garlic stir fry to cook and add salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder stir fry to cook add cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick and add potato green peas carrot stir fry to cook well add marinate paneer cubs and brown onions green chili coriander leaves stir fry to cook well add garam masala amchur powder lemon juice stir cook and flame off
  3. Take a pan add water and add salt black pepper cardamom green cardamom bayleaf star anees after boil add rice and cook and strain
  4. Take a pan add layer rice and veg paneer lyar and top brawn onion coriander leaves garammasala lemon juice casar color rose water and keep slow flame for 5minutes with lid
