- In other wok boil water add salt, mint leaves then add rice already soaked. Cook it for 10mins and drain water.
- When chicken fully cooked then do the layers. One layer of boiled rice then chicken then rice then spread masala.

- Now garnish it with green coriander and chilies and few drops of kewra water mixed with color. Spread on top of rice. Then simmer it for 3 minutes.
- Open the lid and mix it up side down then serve it with raita or green chutney.
