- Take chicken pieces wash them and marinate add curd ginger garlic paste mix well



- Add biryani masala all dry spices mix well add little whole dry spices green chillies green coriander leaves mint leaves



- Cover marinate chicken and leave for 45 min..Take basmati rice wash 2-3 times don't soak for long


- Take heavy bottom pan add water add dry whole spices add salt add 1 spoon ghee make boil add drain rice cook 70% rice drain immediately from water and spread on plates.


- Put under fan the rice plates if you don't like remove whole spices Now take a cooker add marinate chicken make 1 whistle



- In rice add any food colours drops Now again take heavy bottom pan add marinate chicken add fry onions add coriander leaves mint leaves rice 1 layer add biryani masala garam masala powder again do same method second layer same



- Same method done



- Then cover the pot and put on heavy bottom pot on it cook for 15 min on medium heat then on slow for 15 min

- Serve hot with any curd raita.
