  23. 1 tsp Fennel powder
  24. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  25. 1 tsp Chilli power
  26. 1 Chilli
  27. 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Steps to make to make Egg Briyani

  1. Soak rice in water for 20 mins
  2. Mix all the ingredients which is listed under to marinate and add boiled egg to it. Before adding eggs, slit them.
  3. In hard base cooker, add oil then add onions and wait till it's turn brown colour. Then add cinnamon stick, clove, cardamom black and green,bay leaves, pepper corn and jeera
  4. Then add ginger garlic paste and little salt, so it won't stick to the pan. Then add tomatos and cook till oil comes out.
  5. The add marinated egg with lemon juice. Add mint, coriander and curry leaves
  6. Then filer water from rice and add it to masala. Use exactly 1:2 ratio of rice and water while soaking. Wait for 5 mins then add rice.
  7. Wait for 1 mins and close the lid with whistle. Keep the cooker in medium flame. Switch it off after 7 mins. After 15 mins open the cooker, add ghee and mix gentle.Serve with curd.
