- Grind sama rice and sago in mixer grinder to slight coarse powder/ flour.


- In mixing bowl add ground sama rice- sago flour, curd, green chillies paste and rock salt. Mix well. Add little- little hot water to make thin batter.


- Heat nonstick dosa tawa.Grease with 1 tsp oil. Wipe it off with tissue paper. Sprinkle water on it, again wipe the Tawa, pour 2 ladleful of prepare dosa batter hot Tawa.(as shown). Sprinkle oil cook on medium flame till lower side turns crispy golden.

- Fold and serve hot with coconut chutney.
