  1. Cut onion, tomato, green chilli . Soak basmati rice for 30 mins.
  2. Heat the cooker add ghee,oil, now add sliced onion and after it turn to golden brown add spices and green chilli.   (Cinnamon,clove, cardamom, bay leaves)
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and saute it well until it's raw smell goes.
    Now add a mutton piece and stir 2 min.
  4. Now add curd, tomato, mint and coriander leaves and cook for 10 min until tomato get mashed.
  5. Now add 1.5 cup water and cook for 2 whistles.
  6. Now add 3 cups water, soaked basmati rice and cook in medium flame for 15 min. Now turn off the flame.
